libmerb-core-ruby software package provides Transitional package for ruby-merb-core, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libmerb-core-ruby
libmerb-core-ruby is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libmerb-core-ruby package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libmerb-core-ruby *
You will get with libmerb-core-ruby package name, version, architecture and description in a table
